- 학습 데이터는 어디에 저장되나요?
- 로그인하지 않으면 학습 진도, 복습 상태, 세션 기록, 오답 표시, 사용자 목록과 앱 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 로그인하고 동기화를 켜면 동기화 계약에 포함된 데이터가 Cloudflare 인프라의 계정·동기화 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 구매했는데 코스가 열리지 않아요
- 구매·복원에는 Apple 또는 Google로 PassVoca에 로그인해야 합니다. 잠긴 유료 코스의 구매 화면을 열고 구매 복원을 선택해 주세요. 서버가 스토어 거래를 검증한 뒤에만 권한을 부여합니다. 이미 다른 계정에 연결된 거래는 옮겨지지 않습니다.
- 환불하고 싶어요
- 결제와 환불은 Apple 또는 Google에서 처리합니다. Apple 환불 요청 또는 Google Play 구매 내역의 환불 요청을 이용해 주세요.
- 기기를 바꾸면 학습 기록을 옮길 수 있나요?
- 같은 계정으로 로그인해 동기화하거나, 설정의 데이터 내보내기로 Archive v2 JSON을 만든 뒤 새 기기에서 데이터 불러오기를 실행할 수 있습니다. Archive v2는 설정, 코스 참조, 보관함, 사용자 단어·뜻·예문·입력형, 학습 프로그램, 종료된 세션, 복습 카드·기준선·이벤트, 오답 표시, 사용자 목록과 항목 등 전체 학습 상태를 포함합니다. 진행 중인 세션, 로그인·계정 정보, 구매 권한·스토어 거래 자료, 설치된 코스 데이터베이스, 이미지·오디오 캐시, 동기화 큐·충돌 기록·서버 버전, 기기 전용 앱 언어는 제외됩니다.
- 코스를 받다가 실패했어요
- TOPIK 코스와 이미지는 네트워크로 내려받습니다. 연결을 확인하고 다시 시도해 주세요. 설치된 코스는 기기 데이터가 남아 있는 동안 오프라인에서도 사용할 수 있습니다.
- 원하는 퀴즈가 보이지 않아요
- 퀴즈는 성취도로 잠그지 않습니다. 현재 코스에 필요한 콘텐츠가 준비된 경우에만 표시됩니다.
- 계정을 삭제하고 싶어요
- 설정 → 계정 및 동기화 → 계정 삭제에서 다시 로그인해 본인 확인 후 진행합니다. 보관할 학습 상태가 있으면 삭제 전에 Archive v2 JSON을 먼저 내보내세요. 이 파일에는 로그인·계정 정보와 구매 권한·스토어 거래 자료가 포함되지 않습니다. 서버 계정, 로그인 연결, 기기 등록, 동기화 데이터와 구매 검증 원장은 삭제되며, 서버 삭제가 성공하면 이 기기의 account-owned 학습 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 로그아웃만 하면 기기 학습 데이터는 유지됩니다.

- Where is my study data stored?
- Without sign-in, progress, review state, session records, flags, custom lists, and settings stay on your device. With optional sync enabled, data covered by the sync contract may be stored on account and sync servers on Cloudflare infrastructure.
- I bought a course but it is not open
- Purchasing and restoring require signing in to PassVoca with Apple or Google. Open the purchase screen for a locked paid course and select Restore purchases. Access is granted only after the server verifies the store transaction. A transaction already linked to another account cannot be moved.
- I want a refund
- Apple or Google handles payment and refunds. Use the refund request in your store purchase history, or request an Apple refund.
- Can I move my progress to a new device?
- Sign in with the same account and enable sync, or use Export data to create an Archive v2 JSON file and then run Import data on the new device. Archive v2 includes the full study state: settings, logical course references, shelves, user words with meanings/examples/typing forms, learning programs, ended sessions, review cards/baselines/events, flags, and custom lists/items. It excludes active sessions; sign-in/account information; purchase entitlements/store evidence; installed course databases; image/audio caches; sync queues, conflict records, and server versions; and the device-only interface language.
- A course download failed
- TOPIK course data and images are downloaded over the network. Check your connection and try again. Installed courses work offline while their local data remains on the device.
- Why is a quiz type unavailable?
- Quiz types are not achievement locks. A type appears only when the current course has the data it needs.
- I want to delete my account
- Go to Settings → Account & sync → Delete account and sign in again to confirm your identity. If you want to keep a portable copy of your study state, export an Archive v2 JSON first; it excludes sign-in/account information, purchase entitlements, and store evidence. The server deletes the account, sign-in connections, device registrations, synced data, and purchase-verification records. After server deletion succeeds, account-owned study data on the device is deleted too. Signing out alone keeps device study data.
