본 약관은 현병익(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 다국어 시험 대비 단어장 앱 PassVoca(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
1. 서비스 개요
앱은 계정 없이 기기 안에서 동작하는 로컬 우선 학습 도구입니다. 기본 학습 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 무료 이용 시 광고(Google AdMob)가 표시될 수 있습니다. 학습·퀴즈·복습 세션 중에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
2. 라이선스
운영자는 이용자에게 본 약관을 준수하는 조건으로 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 제한적이고 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 역컴파일, 무단 재배포는 금지됩니다.
3. 콘텐츠 소유권
앱에 포함된 단어·예문·큐레이션·디자인 등 콘텐츠의 저작권은 운영자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 직접 추가한 단어장·메모 등 사용자 생성 콘텐츠의 소유권은 이용자에게 있으며, 해당 데이터는 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.
4. 인앱결제
앱은 향후 프리미엄 기능(광고 제거 등)이나 콘텐츠 팩을 일회성 인앱결제로 제공할 수 있습니다. 결제는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play를 통해 처리되며, 결제·환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따릅니다. 운영자는 스토어를 우회한 별도의 결제 수단을 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 광고
무료 이용 시 표시되는 광고는 Google AdMob이 제공하며, 광고 관련 데이터 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
6. 면책조항
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 학습 효과나 특정 시험 합격을 보장하지 않습니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 앱 이용으로 발생하는 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 약관 변경
약관이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 갱신 내용과 시행일을 표기합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
8. 준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 관련 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다.

These Terms govern your use of PassVoca ("the app"), a multilingual exam-prep vocabulary app provided by Byungik Hyun ("the operator"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service overview
The app is a local-first study tool that runs on your device with no account required. Core study features are free; the free tier may show ads served by Google AdMob. No ads are shown during learn, quiz, or review sessions.
2. License
The operator grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized redistribution of the app is prohibited.
3. Content ownership
Words, example sentences, curation, and design included in the app are owned by the operator. User-generated content you add yourself (wordbooks, notes, etc.) remains yours, and is stored only on your device.
4. In-app purchases
The app may in the future offer premium features (such as ad removal) or content packs as one-time in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchases/refunds follow each store's policy. The operator does not offer a payment method that bypasses the store.
5. Advertising
Ads shown in the free tier are served by Google AdMob. Ad-related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and does not guarantee any specific learning outcome or exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes to these Terms
If these Terms change, updates and a new effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Korean courts.
